Alarm Administrator Required in St Albans
We are currently looking for an experienced Alarm Administrator in AL1 near Abbey View Retail Park
We will carry out a 5 years employment/education check and security vetting to comply with BS7858 . No criminal records.
The successful candidate will be providing support for the efficient running of the branch administration, which includes Sales Support, Engineering Service Control and Invoicing Promoting a high-level of customer care in order that the service provided meets the customer’s expectations.
The successful Administrator :

- Organised and articulate
- IT PC literate ·Excellent attention to detail
- Confident on the telephone
- Flexible
- Good Geographical knowledge of the local area
Your daily tasks will include:
- First point of contact on the Service Desk – receiving calls and booking onto our in-house system
- Scheduling appointments with customers and coordinating engineers in the most efficient and cost saving manner.
- Credit control.
- In addition, you may also be required to perform any other tasks within your skills and capabilities as required by Senior Management.
- Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
